1. Report Builder

Access from: Reporting > Report Builder > Create New Report

The Report Builder allows you to create customized reports by selecting from various metrics including overtime, employee utilization, callouts, rewards redeemed, goal points, spot rewards, points balance, timeliness, and mobile clock-ins. Create targeted reports to track the specific metrics that matter most to your organization.

2. Employee Scorecards

Access from: Company > Employees > Eye Button (See Profile)

Employee scorecards provide individual performance tracking. They display visit attendance percentages, points balance, and visualizations of visit history. The scorecard also shows goal success rates with detailed metrics on achievement rates for different goals. The interface includes sections for rewards earned and allows you to view detailed activity for each employee, including graphs of their performance over time.

3. Goal Center Performance

Access from: Workflows > Goal Center > Eye Button (See Details)

The Goal Center dashboard shows your active goals with a total of awarded amount for the month. The table displays information including creation date, goal type, employee group, success rule, award value, lifetime awarded amount, and maximum monthly earnings per employee. Clicking on a specific goal with the Eye Button shows detailed performance metrics including a lifetime awarded amount and individual employee completion data.

4. Survey Response Feed

Access from: Surveys > Response Feed

The Survey Response Feed displays individual survey responses from caregivers. The interface shows respondent names, survey titles, submission dates, and their specific answers to questions. You can see both numerical ratings and text responses. The interface includes options to "Send a note" and "Show the Survey" for each response. This view helps you track what feedback caregivers are providing through your surveys.
