🧠 How Syncing Works
Zingage pulls data (like caregiver activity and profile updates) from your agency's system several times per day. Common sources include:
Clock-ins/outs
Hire dates and onboarding status
Completed visits and care logs
⏱ Syncs typically complete within 24 hours of updates in WellSky or your admin system.
🛠 Common Questions & Fixes

Goal center shows outdated award totals | Sync may be incomplete or delayed | Wait 72 hrs for changes before contacting support |
