Zingage integrates with platforms like WellSky and AxisCare to automate goals, and rewards. Here's what you need to know when something doesn’t look quite right — and how to reset or verify your data.


🧠 How Syncing Works

Zingage pulls data (like caregiver activity and profile updates) from your agency's system several times per day. Common sources include:

  • Clock-ins/outs

  • Hire dates and onboarding status

  • Completed visits and care logs

Syncs typically complete within 24 hours of updates in WellSky or your admin system.

If your rewards, surveys, or announcements aren't behaving as expected:

  • WellSky Only: We can try to reset the WellSky automation rules from our end

  • This clears stale or blocked workflows without affecting historical data
