Troubleshooting Admin Login & Onboarding Conflicts

If you're having trouble logging in or onboarding to Zingage, especially when you wear multiple hats (like admin and caregiver), this guide will help resolve it.
🔐 Common Issue: One Email, Two Accounts
If you’ve used the same email address for both:
An admin or owner account
A caregiver account
...you might experience login errors or missing features. Zingage only supports one account type per email.
✅ How to Fix It
To prevent conflicts:
Choose separate emails for each role:
Use a work email (e.g. admin@agency.com) for your admin account
Use a personal email (e.g. yourname@?mail.com) for your caregiver account
In your agency system (e.g. WellSky, AxisCare, AlayaCare), update the caregiver email to the personal email address.
Have the owner on the Zingage account invite you as an admin using your work email. If you've already onboarded as an admin, let us know and we will change the email for you.
💡 Tip: After email updates in the agency system, changes may take up to 24 hours to sync fully with Zingage.
🧭 Managing Both Roles
Once emails are separated:
Use your admin email to manage rewards, dashboards, and teams
Use your caregiver email to complete goals and earn points
This ensures both accounts work correctly and don’t interfere with each other.
