How to find details of spot rewards paid to employees

You can review the details of spot rewards, including who authorized them and when they were sent, using two different methods in your dashboard.

Method 1: View all spot rewards

To see all spot rewards that have been sent out:

  1. Log in to your account

  2. Navigate to Workflows > Rewards

  3. You'll see a dashboard displaying all spot rewards that have been sent out, including who sent them and any attached notes

  4. Use the pagination controls to click through pages if you need to find a specific reward

Method 2: View rewards for a specific employee

To review spot rewards for a particular employee:

  1. Click on the circle with the employee's initials - this will take you to the employee scorecard view

  2. Toggle over to the Activities tab

  3. Scroll through the history of their earnings to see all the rewards they've received

The Rewards section in workflows is the most detailed of the views.
