Resending an Invitation to Onboard to Zingage

Context

I have caregivers who are invited but still have not onboarded. How do I send the invitation again?

What to do?

If this is you, here's how you can resend an invitation to a caregiver to remind them to onboard:

  • Go to the Company

  • Click Employees

  • In this view, on the right side, there is a toolbar section:

  • Click the pink Bell Icon and search for the user, and click the 'Remind' button. You can also click the 'Remind All' button

This is NOT the same as sending a survey reminder to a caregiver. Please see this article to know how to do that!
