Can Zingage Transfer or Remove Points from an Account?

Zingage does not support deleting points or transferring points between different accounts. If you need to consolidate points, this is only possible through account merging.

Merging Duplicate Accounts

If the same person (it has to be the same user) has multiple accounts, you can merge them under these conditions:

• Both accounts must belong to the same user

• Both accounts must have the same access level (admin to admin, care pro to care pro, etc.)
