User Roles and Permissions on Zingage

These roles are offered when you invite a staff-level user to Zingage. This article; How to Invite Administrators shows you how to invite a staff-level user to Zingage and the following roles are offered during that process.

Account Owner

The Account Owner has full view and management access to the platform. This role can create and manage settings, surveys, goals, and referral programs. Account Owners also have an unlimited monthly rewarding limit.

Monthly rewarding limit: Unlimited.

Admin

The Admin role has full view and settings access. Admins can create and edit surveys, goals, and referral programs. They can also send rewards up to their monthly rewarding limit.

Monthly rewarding limit: $1,000.

Announcements & Rewards

The Announcements & Rewards role has full view access to the platform and can send rewards up to their monthly rewarding limit. However, this role cannot edit settings, surveys, goals, or referral programs.

Monthly rewarding limit: $500.

Announcements Only

The Announcements Only role has partial view access to the platform. This role can only send announcements and cannot access or manage rewards, settings, surveys, goals, or referral programs.

Monthly rewarding limit: $0.

Read-Only

The Read-Only role has partial view access to the platform. This role can only view general areas of the platform and cannot access or manage rewards, settings, surveys, goals, or referral programs.

Monthly rewarding limit: $0.
