šŸ“Š Understanding Dashboard Features and Reward Visibility

Zingage offers flexible, user-friendly dashboards to help you monitor engagement, distribute rewards, and support your caregivers. Here’s how to get the most from your admin tools — and what to do when something isn’t working as expected.


🧩 Spot Bonuses and Visibility Settings

When sending a reward manually:

  • You can control visibility with the ā€œSend Privatelyā€ toggle

  • If green and toggled right, the reward is only visible to the recipient

  • If grey and toggled left, the reward appears in the team feed

āœ… Tip: Use ā€œSend Privatelyā€ when you’re giving a personal or one-off bonus.


šŸ” Dashboard Sync Delays

Some reward totals or goal center views may briefly show outdated numbers due to syncing delays between Zingage and your agency system (e.g. WellSky).

This can happen when:

  • Data hasn’t finished syncing from recent visit updates

  • Caregiver status (active/on hold) changes haven’t propagated yet

🧭 Common Issues & Fixes

Issue

What to Do

Caregiver isn’t seeing reward

Confirm the reward was sent to the right caregiver in Workflows>Rewards. If it was, check the Employee Scorecard activities tab to confirm if it's there. If it is, the user can claim in Goals>Point History on their end.

Dashboard isn’t loading or is blank

  • Log out of the Zingage.

  • Clear your browser cache and cookies (if using the web).

  • Restart the app.

  • Restart your device or update it if there is a pending update.

  • Log back in and try again.

Data is delayed/missing

Wait 48 hours; data may still be syncing from your agency's system.

Meeting or demo reschedule

Email the person you were supposed to meet with, use the calendar tool to rebook, or reply to the meeting confirmation email to reschedule


⚠ During System Downtime

If your system (e.g. WellSky, AxisCare, AlayaCare, etc.) is temporarily down and caregivers can’t clock in/out:

  • Zingage may not receive visit data in real-time

  • Points and goals will update once visit data resumes syncing

  • You may consider adding manual bonuses or rewards during outages

  • When the system is back up, allow 72 hours for Zingage to process bulk data and catch up.
