How to change your phone number and email address in personal settings

The process for changing your email address depends on your role and how your account was set up.
For Admin Users
If you're an admin, you can change your phone number or email address directly:
Go to Company > Administrators
Click your profile icon
In the right side pop-up, scroll down and click "Edit Profile."
Make your changes and save
If the change is for a caregiver, the phone number or email address would need to be changed in the EMR (Wellsky, AxisCare, etc.,), and in 24-48 hours, Zingage will reflect this change.
