How To Update Your Work Anniversary or Hire Date

Your work anniversary in Zingage is reflected by the Onboarding Date in your profile on the Score Card view. This information needs to be maintained in the agency's system to properly display in Zingage.

Updating hire dates for employees

If you need to update hire dates for employees, you have two options:

1. Update in your agency's system: Make sure the hire date information is correct in your agency's main system, as Zingage pulls this data from there.

2. Add missing information directly: Navigate to Employees > Missing Information to add any missing dates for employees listed in that view.

These changes will ensure that work anniversaries and hire dates are accurately reflected throughout the Zingage platform.
