🧠 How Survey Eligibility Is Determined
Zingage uses your agency’s data and your Zingage set up to determine which caregivers receive which surveys. Triggers can include:
Hire date
Onboarding completion
Employee Group
Custom rules set by the owner of the survey during building like the trigger and cadence
Each survey has its own logic and schedule.
🔁 Common Scenarios
Problem | What Might Be Happening |
Longtime caregiver received onboarding survey | Their hire date may be incorrect or not synced properly |
Caregiver never received the survey | Most likely, the selected employee group for the survey does not have this caregiver as a member. |
Survey is not closing | Most likely there was no expiration timeline selected for the survey. |
Survey has not shown up in a while | Most likely the chosen cadence. Surveys can be set to trigger monthly, quarterly, yearly, or triggered by a specific event like hiring |
