🧠 How Survey Eligibility Is Determined

Zingage uses your agency’s data and your Zingage set up to determine which caregivers receive which surveys. Triggers can include:

  • Hire date

  • Onboarding completion

  • Employee Group

  • Custom rules set by the owner of the survey during building like the trigger and cadence

Each survey has its own logic and schedule.
