Are newly added caregivers eligible for birthday rewards?

For employees to receive birthday rewards, they must be both active on Zingage and fully onboarded before their birthday. Birthday rewards trigger automatically on the employee's birthday.

• If an employee has a Zingage account but has not yet onboarded, they will not receive the birthday reward.

• If they do have a Zingage account and their status is onboarded. they will receive the birthday reward.

Paused, Offboarded, and Not Onboarded users do not receive birthday, or anniversary rewards
