WellSky: How to edit caregiver attendance when integrated with WellSky

When your Zingage account is integrated with WellSky, all attendance and visit data changes must be made in WellSky first. Zingage cannot edit visit data directly - we only receive updates from WellSky through automatic syncing.

Making attendance corrections

To edit caregiver attendance when integrated with WellSky:

  1. Make all necessary corrections in WellSky first

  2. Wait 24-48 hours for the changes to automatically sync to Zingage

  3. Check Zingage to confirm the updates have appeared

What data syncs from WellSky to Zingage

The following fields will automatically sync from WellSky to Zingage within 24-48 hours of being updated:

  • Clock-in and clock-out times

  • Visit status

  • General comments

Note that not every field or edit made in WellSky will appear in Zingage - only the data types listed above are synced.

If changes aren't syncing

If caregivers are still showing as "not clocked out" in Zingage after:

  • Making corrections in WellSky

  • Waiting 24-48 hours for the sync

Please contact support with the specific caregiver names and affected visits so the issue can be investigated.

Mobile app issues

If caregivers are experiencing glitches with the WellSky Mobile App that prevent them from clocking in and out, contact WellSky support directly for troubleshooting assistance. Remember that caregivers earn credit for the Mobile Clock In goal whether they clock in via the app or through telephony.
