How to manage your wallet balance and auto-reload settings

Your wallet balance is used to fund rewards and redemptions in your Zingage account and by extension your staff and caregiver Zingage accounts. Here's how to manage your wallet settings and balance:
Check Your Wallet Balance
To view your current wallet balance, go to Settings > Reward Balance.
Set Up Auto-Reload
Auto-reload automatically adds funds to your wallet when your balance drops below a specified threshold. To configure this:
Click Edit Recharge Settings
Set your reload threshold (the balance at which funds are added)
Set your reload amount (how much to add when the threshold is reached)
Handle Failed Payments
If a payment fails, you can retry it by going to Settings > Reward Balance and clicking Retry Payment (this option will appear in red text if a payment has failed).
Update Redemption Limits
To modify your redemption limits, go to Settings > Reward Balance > Redemption Limit.
Update Billing Information
To change your billing details, go to Settings > Billing Center.
