Information about Videos and Media Uploading on Zingage

If you're curious about your video and picture files on Zingage, here's what you need to know:

  • How large/how long of a video can I upload?

Videos are limited to 50 megabytes. the video can be of any length but the file size should be at most 50 megabytes.

  • How long is it saved on your server (does it expire?)

Videos never expire on the server.

  • Can I view the sent videos in a central location?

Since sending videos is tied to workflows, you can refer to old video workflows to see the videos. This is the only way to access older video content at this time.

  • File Restrictions for announcements and rewards:

The only accepted file types for uploading in announcements, rewards and such on Zingage are PNG, JPG, MP4.

Unless it's the Employee Resources section which only accepts PDF uploads:
