The Communities feature in Zingage is designed to solve the communication gaps many home care organizations experience, offering a familiar, Facebook-Group-style interface with the administrative control you need.

Communities is Zingage’s built-in communication hub, created specifically for caregiving teams. It allows admins to create targeted discussion groups within the Zingage platform, helping teams stay connected and aligned—without using third-party tools like Facebook Workplace or GroupMe.

When Communities is enabled for your agency:
Access from Your Dashboard
Admins can manage everything under the Company tab in your Zingage dashboard.Create Custom Groups

Unlike most communication tools, you have full control. That means:You can monitor all conversations

Admins can remove posts or restrict access as needed
Caregiver Experience
Caregivers see a Communities button right in their Zingage app. From there, they can:View their group conversations
