WellSky - Why are deactivated employees still showing up in Zingage?

Context

When onboarding new employees in WellSky, they need to be marked as active for the integration with Zingage to work. However, if an applicant becomes a no-show or doesn't complete the onboarding process, their presence in Zingage can affect enrollment accuracy metrics.

Answer

When a user is marked as active in WellSky, Zingage automatically creates an account for them within 24-48 hours based on their hire date. If an employee needs to be removed from Zingage's active roster, follow these steps:

  1. Instead of deleting the profile in WellSky, change the employee's status to "inactive"

  2. Wait for the next sync cycle (usually within 24-48 hours)

  3. The employee will no longer be counted in your Zingage adoption rate

Important: Simply deleting the profile in WellSky will not remove it from Zingage. The status must be changed to "inactive" first.
