Can Administrators Receive Spot Rewards?

Yes, administrators and staff-level users can receive spot rewards on Zingage. However, there are some important restrictions to keep in mind.

How to send spot rewards to administrators

To send a spot reward to an administrator:

1. Go to Company > Administrators

2. Click the user profile icon for the administrator you want to reward

3. Scroll down in the right side panel and click Send Reward

4. Enter your reward amount and message

5. Toggle the reward to private (green) if desired - makes the reward private

6. Click send

Important restriction: You cannot reward yourself

Users cannot send spot rewards to themselves. This restriction prevents potential abuse of the reward system. If you try to send yourself a reward, you'll see an error message saying "Something went wrong."

If you deserve recognition for your work, you'll need to ask another staff team member who has access to Zingage to send the spot reward to you instead.
