If you need to remove a spot reward or cancel a spot reward workflow that was sent by mistake, our support team can help you with this process.
Important timing requirement
Spot rewards can only be removed before the recipient claims the reward. Once a reward has been claimed, it cannot be reversed.
How to request reward removal
To have a spot reward removed, contact our support team and provide the following information:
The recipient's full name
The reward value (number of points)
If possible, ask the recipient not to claim the reward while you wait for our team to process the removal request.
Our support team will handle the removal on the backend and confirm once the reward has been successfully removed from the recipient's account.
