The Zingage caregiver experience is built on simple, meaningful recognition. It doesn’t take long for caregivers to realize: if they show up, Zingage shows up for them.

When caregivers open the Zingage app, they’re stepping into a space designed to recognize, motivate, and support them. Every element is built to reinforce one thing: you matter here. Here’s a walkthrough of what your caregivers will experience:

🏠 Home: A Glimpse Into the Community

The home screen acts like a digital bulletin board, showcasing recent team-wide caregiver activity. This live feed reminds caregivers they’re part of a team—one where effort is seen and celebrated. Caregivers can see what their peers are doing in real time, including:

• Surveys completed

• Goals achieved

• Gift cards redeemed

🎯 Goals: Progress Made Visible

Moving to the Goals tab, caregivers can view active goals they’re working toward, such as perfect attendance or timely clock-ins and clock-outs.

Progress bars clearly show how close they are to earning each reward. For example:

“3 out of 5 perfect attendance days completed” or “6 out of 9 timely clock-outs.”

Tapping the Completed tab shows which goals have been achieved and are ready to be claimed, meaning the caregiver must open the Zingage app and tap to convert the goal into points added to their balance.

This extra step is intentional: it ensures that caregivers see and feel the recognition for their hard work. Claiming a reward is about reinforcing the positive behavior with a moment of acknowledgment.

🌀 Earn More: Motivation in Real Time

By tapping the Z button in the center of the app, caregivers can explore real-time opportunities to earn more, including:

• Completing surveys (e.g., “Earn 300 points for a quick check-in”)

• Reading announcements

• Viewing individual kudos sent directly to them

This space is always updating with new ways to stay engaged and earn recognition.

🤝 Referrals: Help Us Grow the Team

Caregivers can refer peers directly from the app. With just a few quick fields—name, email, phone number, and a note on why they’re referring—the process is fast and easy. Once the referred individual is hired, the referring caregiver is rewarded.

🎁 Store: Rewards That Matter

Finally, caregivers can visit the Store to redeem their hard-earned points for gift cards from popular brands like Amazon, Visa, Walmart, and many more.

They’ll always see their points balance in the top-right corner of the app.

1 point = 1 cent, and most gift cards require a minimum of 500 points ($5) to redeem.
