🔄 Syncing Caregiver Info from WellSky to Zingage

Zingage syncs with your agency’s WellSky data to ensure caregiver profiles, goals, and rewards stay accurate and up-to-date. Here’s how the sync works — and what to check if something looks off.

🔁 What Syncs from WellSky?

Zingage pulls information such as:

  • Caregiver name, email, and phone number, date of birth

  • Active/inactive status

  • Hire date and onboarding status

  • Completed visits and shift logs

This data powers everything from daily goals to survey eligibility and reward eligibility.


🕒 How Often Does It Sync?

Zingage pulls fresh data from WellSky several times per day, and updates are usually reflected within 24-48 hours hours. This timeline is extended as WellSky data trickles through on weekends much less than the flow on weekdays.

🧠 Important: If a caregiver’s profile was just updated in WellSky, give it a full 48 hours to sync.


Updating Caregiver Info

To correct a name, phone number, email, or status:

  1. Make the update in WellSky

  2. Wait up to 48 hours for the update to appear in Zingage

  3. If the change doesn’t appear, send us the caregiver’s name and what you updated — we’ll investigate


🔎 Common Profile Sync Issues

Wrong name or contact info in Zingage

Update in WellSky, wait 24 - 48 hours

Caregiver not appearing in Zingage

Ensure they’re active in WellSky and the full 48 hour period for them to populate in WellSky has passed.

Email shows “already in use” or duplicate

Caregiver may be linked to more than one org — contact us

Caregiver is inactive or was never hired but has a Zingage account

DO NOT delete their WellSky account. Make the account inactive on WellSKy and then their account on Zingage will deactivate


🧼 How to Avoid Profile Conflicts

  • Use unique, consistent email addresses for each caregiver

  • Always make updates in WellSky first

  • Avoid creating caregiver records directly in Zingage (let sync handle it)

  • Update the existing user profile instead of creating a new one
