How is Zingage billing handled for TeamEngage subscribers?

If you are a TeamEngage subscriber, your billing is handled through two separate systems:
TeamEngage Subscription
Your TeamEngage subscription is billed and handled directly by WellSky. These charges will appear on your WellSky invoices. For more information on TeamEngage billing, please contact WellSky directly.
Zingage Charges
Zingage bills you separately only for caregiver redemptions. These invoices are sent directly from Zingage and are not included in your WellSky billing. They are to allow your caregivers to redeem. You can find all your invoice in Settings > Billing Center.
In summary: You will receive your TeamEngage subscription charges through WellSky, and any caregiver redemption charges through separate Zingage invoices.
