How to remove an admin from Zingage

To remove an admin from your Zingage account, you'll need to pause their account on Zingage. Since staff level accounts are not tracked using the EHR (WellSky, AxisCare, etc), the profile needs to be paused on Zingage.

Pausing an Admin Account

Follow these steps to pause an admin's Zingage account:

  1. Navigate to your admin management section

  2. Locate the admin user you want to remove and click the profile icon

    1. If the user's account is at the same access level as yours, you should change their role to a lower one before pausing.

    2. If the user's account is at a higher access level than yours, an account owner or someone at the same level of access would need to perform the pause.

  3. Scroll down a bit and select the option to pause their account

Pausing the account will effectively remove their access to Zingage.
