How to transition to a different WellSky account

If you need to switch from your current WellSky account to a different WellSky account while maintaining your Zingage integration, the process requires coordination between you, WellSky, and Zingage.

Step 1: Contact WellSky Sales

The transition process must begin on WellSky's side. Before your existing account can be cancelled, the new WellSky account needs to be contracted and activated through their sales team.

Contact your WellSky sales representative to initiate this process. If you don't know who your sales representative is, you can reach out to WellSky's sales team directly.

Step 2: WellSky coordinates with Zingage

Once you've started the process with WellSky and the new account setup is underway, WellSky will coordinate directly with Zingage to handle the technical aspects of the transition on our end.

Important notes

  • The new WellSky account must be fully contracted and activated before the old account can be cancelled

  • WellSky handles the coordination with Zingage once the process begins

  • Starting early helps ensure a smooth transition without disruption to your operations
