Transferring caregiver points when combining WellSky accounts

When combining or merging WellSky accounts, caregivers who are moved from one account to another will appear as new profiles in Zingage under the destination account. Their existing profiles and accumulated points will remain in the original account and cannot be transferred to the new account automatically.
What happens during the transfer process
When caregivers are moved from one WellSky account to another:
They will appear as new caregivers in Zingage under the destination account
Their original profiles (with points and reward history) remain active and accessible as long as the original Zingage account profiles are not deactivated or paused
It takes approximately 24-48 hours for new profiles to sync and populate in Zingage
Preserving caregiver points
You have two options to ensure caregivers don't lose their accumulated points on the original TeamEngage accounts
Option 1: Redeem points before deactivation
Have caregivers redeem their remaining points from their original profiles before deactivating them. Once a redemption is made, caregivers will receive an email link to claim their reward. Save these links to ensure nothing is lost during the transition.
To facilitate redemptions, you may need to:
Remove existing redemption limits
Add funds to the account to cover the redemptions
Option 2: Transfer points via spot rewards
You can manually transfer point balances from the original profiles to the new profiles. Our support team can:
Gather a list of active caregiver reward balances from the original account
Apply spot rewards with those balances to the new profiles once they populate in the destination account
Recommended process
Activate all transferred caregiver profiles in the destination WellSky account
Wait 24-48 hours for profiles to sync in Zingage
Choose your preferred method for preserving points (redemption or transfer)
Once points are secured, deactivate or pause the original profiles
Communicate the changes to your caregivers
Contact support as soon as you know about an upcoming account merge to ensure a smooth transition and prevent any loss of caregiver rewards.
