How the "Send Privately" Toggle Works for Spot Rewards

When giving a spot reward in Zingage, you’ll notice a toggle option called “Send Privately.” This setting determines whether the recognition is shared only with the caregiver or also displayed on your company feed for others to see:

💚Toggle ON (Green): Private Recognition

• Only the caregiver receiving the spot reward will see the reward and the attached message.

• Best for moments when you want recognition to feel more personal and one-to-one.

🩶Toggle OFF (Grey): Public Recognition

• The caregiver will still receive the spot reward and message directly.

• A post will also appear on the company feed, visible to all Zingage users within your agency.

• Important: Only the message attached to the reward is shared publicly. The reward amount is not displayed.

• Great for celebrating wins and boosting morale across your whole team.

Choosing the Right Option

• Use Private (Green) when the recognition is meant to be personal.

• Use Public (Grey) when you want to highlight and celebrate accomplishments across your team.
