If the Agency Merch Feature is not enabled, you won't be able get the cash equivalent of your points value. The only way to use your points is to use them to redeem gift cards on Zingage.

To confirm as well, Zingage does not support direct deposits. Caregivers cannot set up direct deposits on Zingage or add their home address or bank details to Zingage.
