Troubleshoot Common Issues on the Caregiver App

Generally, if something won’t load. You can try the following to see if that helps before contacting ZIngage support:
Log out of the app.
Clear your browser cache and cookies (if using the web).
Restart the app.
Restart your device or update it if there is a pending update.
Log back in and try again.
If the Bounties page looks like this:

It means there are no referrals, survey, or tasks offered by your agency.
If you see a negative balance or missing points:
