Troubleshoot Common Issues on the Caregiver App

Generally, if something won’t load. You can try the following to see if that helps before contacting ZIngage support:

  • Log out of the app.

  • Clear your browser cache and cookies (if using the web).

  • Restart the app.

  • Restart your device or update it if there is a pending update.

  • Log back in and try again.
