Missing Points or Rewards: What to Do if You're Missing Points

Not seeing the points you expected for your goals or visits? Here are the steps to take before reaching out

Common Causes:

  • Clock-in/Clock-out data hasn’t synced yet — takes 24-48 hours to be receive by Zingage and longer over the weekend.

  • 🎯 Goals may take time to register — usually within 48–72 hours.

  • 📝 Training bonuses and other points promised by your agency are processed by your agency and your requests on these should be directed there.

What You Can Do:

  1. Make sure your visits were completed and that you clocked in and out on time.

  2. Check again in 1–2 days (24-48 hours) to give the system some time to sync up.

  3. If points still haven’t shown up after that timeline, reach out to Zingage support and include:

    • The date and type of activity (visit or goal).

    • Screenshots from your agency's app (where you clock in and out) of the completed visit.

Picked Up Shifts

If you picked up a shift, just a heads up that the points for these visits are not automated. Your agency is in charge of manually awarding your points for the picked-up visits. If you noticed that you picked up a visit and your agency promised points, be sure to contact your admin directly for more information on when you'll receive those points!
