Trouble Logging into Zingage? Here's What to Do

Having a hard time signing in? Whether you’re new or returning, we’ll walk you through how to access your Zingage account.

🛠 New to Zingage?

You’ll need to receive an invitation from your agency before you can log in for the first time.

Step-by-Step for First-Time Users:

  1. Check your email (spam, trash, promotions folders) or text messages for a Zingage invite from your agency.

  2. Click the link and follow the steps to create your account or click it here.

  3. Follow the steps on your screen or visit the How to Onboard/Log Into Zingage article for a step by step on onboarding.

💡 Didn’t receive your invite? Reach out to your agency and ask them to resend it.


🔑 Returning Users: Forgot How to Log In?

Zingage is a mobile-friendly website, not an app in the App Store.

To log in:

  1. Go to my.joinava.com on your phone or computer.

  2. Enter the phone number or email address on file with your agency.

  3. If you’ve forgotten your password, you'd need to log in using the 4-digit code received by email or text moving forward.

Zingage does not save user passwords so if you forget your password, it cannot be reset and you'd need to use the code method moving forward.


🧭Still Can't Log In

Here are some things to check:

  • Make sure your agency has the correct email address on file.

  • If you've onboarded confirm with your agency that your profile is active.

  • If you're still stuck, contact us and let us know:

    • The email you're using

    • Whether you're a new or returning user

    • What error message you're seeing (if any)
