You can contact Zingage Customer Support by filling this form, emailing us directly at help@zingage.com, or starting a chat.

To start a chat:

  • Click the 'Need Help? Talk to Kathy' button on the home tab:

  • Click the green button to start a new chat, or click "See All" and then a previous chat to continue the conversation.

  • You can also click 'Ask Kathy for Help' to submit a ticket:

Our Zingage Customer Support team is here to help you Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM EST. While we’re not available on weekends, we’re committed to providing timely and thoughtful responses during our regular business hours.

Depending on the nature of your request and how you reach out, you can typically expect to hear back from us anywhere between a few minutes and 24 hours. We're always doing our best to ensure your questions are answered, and your needs are taken care of as quickly as possible.
