Holiday Points Policy (For Caregivers & Agencies)

Holiday bonuses and holiday-related points are managed entirely by your agency, not by Zingage.

Important to Know

  • Zingage does not create, enforce, or award holiday bonuses

  • Holiday points are configured, approved, and issued by your agency

  • Zingage can only display points after your agency has issued them

If you expected holiday points but don’t see them, you'd need to verify with your agency if the points were already sent to you. If they were, and you don't see them, you can check:

  • Home Tab → Click the Green Claim Button to Claim, or

  • Goals → Points History → Spot Reward

What Zingage Can & Cannot Do

Zingage CAN:

  • Display holiday points once issued by the agency

  • Show points already awarded

Zingage CANNOT:

  • Decide who qualifies for holiday bonuses

  • Add or adjust holiday points

  • Override agency decisions
