How Do I Change My Personal Data on Zingage?

Need to fix your birthday, name, email or gender? Here’s what you need to know about updating your profile in Zingage.

🧾 What Info Can I Update?

You may want to update:

• Your name

• Your email address

• Your phone number

• Your gender

While your Zingage profile displays this information, most of it is managed by your agency, not directly in the app.

🔄 How to Update Personal Info

Because Zingage receives your profile info from your agency’s system (like WellSky, AxisCare, etc.), you’ll need to contact your agency admin to make updates to your name, email address, and phone number.

To get those updated:

1. Ask your agency to update the information (name, email, phone number) in their system.

2. Once they do, the change will automatically sync with Zingage within 24 - 48 hours.
