Can I Exchange/Cancel My Gift Card or Have My Points Refunded?

We understand that sometimes caregivers change their minds about the gift card they redeem. Here’s what you need to know about the redemption process:

🔐 Redemption Confirmation Process

To help prevent mistakes, Zingage uses a multi-step confirmation process before a gift card is finalized:

  1. Merchant Display – You’ll see the merchant’s logo before selecting the gift card amount.

  2. Value Selection – You’ll choose the gift card amount after reviewing the merchant.

  1. Double Confirmation – A final prompt asks you to confirm the redemption before it’s completed.

💸 Why We Can’t Cancel or Exchange

Once a gift card is redeemed, the funds are immediately sent to the selected merchant. At that point, Zingage no longer has access to the funds and cannot:

  • Cancel or reverse the redemption

  • Exchange the gift card for a different one

  • Refund points back to your account
