Can I Receive Points Retroactively for Activities Before my Zingage Account was Created?

Zingage cannot award points retroactively for activities that occurred before your account was active in the system; i.e.: before you onboarded. This includes attendance, visits, goals, or any other activities that took place prior to your account setup.
How Zingage Account Creation Works
Here's the typical process for new users:
Your agency adds your account on their side
Your account is created in Zingage's system within two days
Your agency sends you an invitation to join Zingage
You decide whether to set up your account
Points can only be awarded to users who have completed the onboarding process and have an active account in the system.
What you can do
While Zingage cannot add retroactive points, your employer maybe willing to manually issue rewards for your missed period. We recommend discussing this possibility with your manager or the person responsible for Zingage at your organization.
If your agency is unable to issue manual rewards through their system, unfortunately there are no other options available for crediting past activities.
