I Redeemed the Wrong Gift Card by Mistake—What Can I Do?

Once you redeem a gift card on Zingage, the system initiates a double confirmation process to make sure you're certain about your choice.

After this step, the funds for the gift card selection are sent to the merchant right away—at which point the transaction is final and cannot be changed, refunded, or reversed.
