ADP Information for Caregivers

ADP is your agency's specialist in payroll, time and attendance, talent management, tax management, and benefits administration.

If you have not received anything to complete for ADP, or have completed your ADP and are expecting points but have not received them, the best next step is to contact your manager or agency admin directly.

ADP-related steps, setup, points, and communication are handled by your agency.

What this means

If you are expecting something for ADP and have not received it yet:

  • Reach out to your manager or admin

  • Ask whether there are any ADP steps you still need to complete

  • Ask them to resend any ADP information if needed

  • Ask them if and when you can expect to receive points for completion if they were promised to you.
