Zingage Support is not able to assist with third-party applications or systems that your organization uses, such as Dayforce, previous reward platforms, Coach Up other agency-specific tools.

For questions about these external applications, including:

  • Company IDs or login credentials

  • Configuration settings

  • Technical issues

  • Access permissions

If the platform is not Zingage, please contact your agency administrator directly, as they will have the specific information and access needed to help you with these systems.
