Tiers on Zingage

You may notice that your tier view is missing or not updating. That’s intentional — we’ve removed all tier movements to improve the experience on Zingage.

  • ✅ You still earn points for surveys, visits, and goals.

  • ⏸ Tier changes (up or down) are no longer functional at this time.

  • 📢 We’ll let you know if and when the tier system is live again — with some exciting updates!

Here's some information about the tier system:

- Orange🧡: This is the starting level, where you gain access to the Orange-level treasure box on the Rewards page.

- Silver🤍: You’ll reach this level after successfully completing an additional 30 goals, with no more than 3 failed goals.

- Gold💛: To move up to Gold, you’ll need to successfully complete an additional 90 goals, allowing for no more than 9 missed.

Tiers are monitored from the time you are placed in one, so that means your goals start with a clean slate when you were promoted to a higher tier. Your goal completion rate must not fall below the required 90% for you to be promoted to a higher tier.
