Goals on Zingage
Last updated: January 20, 2026
Your agency has the full ability to offer and disable goals from being awarded to users. You may see certain goals, and you may not see others, depending on the settings of goals and the ones your agency chooses to offer. You can find the awards your agency offers by clicking the 'How to earn your goals on Zingage?' button on the goals tab:

Let's take a look at goals:
Types of goals:
Timely Clock In (On Time Clock In): This goal measures the consistency of the time you clock into your visits. Your agency has the ability to set up a threshold that allows you a grace period.
For example: your agency may have a 7 early, 7 late threshold, which means you are allowed to clock in 7 minutes before and up to 7 minutes after your scheduled clock-in time. Clocking in outside this threshold will cause this goal to fail. By default, it's recommended to clock in at most 3 minutes before your scheduled time.
Timely Clock Out (On Time Clock Out): This goal measures the consistency of the time you clock out of your visits. Like the Timely Clock In goal, your agency has the ability to set up a threshold that allows you a grace period. By default, it's recommended to clock out at most 3 minutes after your scheduled time.
Mobile Clock In (App Check In): This goal measures your consistency with using the agency's mobile app to clock into your shifts. Use the mobile app every shift to earn your goals. Zingage does not support clocking in and out.
Mobile Clock Out (App Check Out): This goal measures your consistency with using the agency's mobile app to clock out of your shifts. Use the mobile app every shift to earn your goals. Zingage does not support clocking in and out.
Perfect Attendance: This goal measures your consistency with going to and completing your visits.
Total Hours Worked (More Hours Worked): This goal measures the number of hours you worked weekly.
Need to Knows:
Zingage is not an app and cannot facilitate clocking in and out. You can only clock in and out using your agency's mobile app.
Zingage does not have the ability to change the data received from your agency.
Zingage does not have insight into why you may clock into or out of your visits early or late, or without the mobile app. We can only use the settings from your agency and the data we have to award your visits.
Your agency has full control over the goals you are offered as well as the rules of your goals.
To best meet your goals, it's recommended to use the mobile app to clock in and out of your visits. Depending on your agency's settings, admin clock-ins/outs may cause your goal to fail.
How Goals Work:
Zingage uses the settings for goals to track your progress. Each goal meeting the threshold for the goal will track, but any visit that doesn't meet the threshold will cause the goal to fail
When a goal fails, a new one will launch in its place in the next 24 hours to begin tracking again from 0.
Goals may have a monthly max for earnings. For example, if your perfect attendance rewards you 100 points and your agency allows you to earn 300 points for this goal in a month, after completing this goal three times, it will disappear from your view and reappear in the next month to continue tracking.
What causes your goals to fail:
Timely Clock In (On Time Clock In)/Timely Clock Out (On Time Clock Out)
Clocking In/Out too early or too late (outside the allowed threshold)
Having a call-out (if the client cancels, this does not affect you)
Having an admin clock you in/out (only if this is not allowed by your agency)
Perfect Attendance:
Having a call-out (if the client cancels, this does not affect you)
Mobile Clock In (App Check In)/Mobile Clock Out (App Check Out):
Having an admin clock you in/out
Not using the mobile app to clock in or out
Difference Between Goals and Visit Points:
Your agency has the ability to offer consistent goals (for # of visits) and/or visit points (for each visit).
Goals measure your consistency over the target number of visits, and visit points are awarded for each visit.
When you start with Zingage, it's best to ask your agency manager for the rules of your goals, so you have a better chance of meeting them.
