Gift Card Withdrawal Limits and Parameters

Last updated: March 27, 2026

As a caregiver, you can redeem gift cards through Zingage with the following parameters:

Individual Gift Card Limits

By default, you can redeem up to $50 per individual gift card. However, your agency manager is able to change this limit on their end for any value as a multiple of 5 between $5 and $300.

Agency Redemption Limits

Your agency sets a redemption limit that applies to all caregivers. This means:

  • The redemption limit can either be shared: for example, the agency can set a shared monthly budget of $300. This means that all caregivers can redeem as many times as they would like as as much as they would like to redeem within this cap. As in all cases, caregivers can redeem until that cap is reached, and once the $300 cap is reached for the month, no caregiver can redeem until the next month rolls around. You will know when the cap has been reached as a message in red will be displayed on the gift card. It looks like this:

  • The redemption can be individual: this means your agency sets a cap that applies to each individual caregiver. For example, the agency can set an individual redemption limit of $50 a month. That means each month, each caregiver can redeem at most $50.

There are no individual time restrictions on how often you can redeem gift cards. You can redeem multiple times as long as your agency's set limit hasn't been reached.

If you need specific information about your agency's redemption cap, contact your administrator for further details.
