How Do I Earn Extra Points?

On Zingage, you earn points by

• Completing your onboarding - if this award is on for your agency, you will earn points when you first log into Zingage

• Filling out surveys - after completing a survey, if your agency has set up an award for the survey, you will automatically earn the survey points upon completion of the survey

• Successfully referring others - when you refer new caregivers to your agency, you can earn points on Zingage as long as the referral is made through Zingage. This is the only way you can initiate making more points as you earn points for each referral you make

• Completing your visits - based on the visit rewards set up by your agency, you will automatically earn points for each completed visit

• Achieving your goals - for each goal you complete, you will earn the point that it is worth.

You can also earn spot rewards for anniversaries and birthdays depending on your agency's settings.
