Caregiver Communities

What are Communities?

Communities help you stay connected and communicate with your team. It works like Facebook Groups, but it’s built specifically for caregivers, so everything is in one safe and professional space managed by your agency.

How It Works

Your agency organizes Communities through the Zingage system. That means you don’t need to set anything up yourself—your agency places you into the groups that make sense for your role, the clients you work with, or the area you serve.

You’ll find a Communities button right inside your Zingage app. When you tap it, you can see the groups your agency has placed you in and take part in the conversations happening there.

Why Caregivers Like You, Love It

Caregivers say Communities makes it easier to:

  • Stay connected with teammates without juggling group texts or extra apps.

  • Share updates, tips, and encouragement in a place that’s organized by your agency.

  • Keep communication professional while still feeling connected and supported.

Everything happens in one place, with your agency helping guide the discussions so they stay helpful and relevant.

As a caregiver, you can edit and delete any comments on posts in Communities, but if you make a post, you won't be able to edit or delete it.
