I Received a Different Gift Card Than I Expected from Spin-the-Wheel?

When using the Spin-the-Wheel feature in the Store tab, it’s important to know that the outcome is completely random.

The game is designed to add a fun twist to redemptions, and a prompt is shown before playing to remind you that the prize will be randomly selected:

Once a Spin-the-Wheel reward has been redeemed, the funds for the selected gift card is immediately sent to the merchant. At that point, the reward is considered final and we are unable to cancel, exchange, or refund the card or the points used.
