How Do I Spin-the-Wheel (Magic Box)?

This feature is only available if enabled by your agency. Don't be alarmed if you do not have this feature on your app view.

The magic box can only be opened if you have at least 750 points in your points balance. You will spend 750 points to Spin-the-Wheel and win a RANDOM prize.

Whichever gift card the wheel lands on will be your final award. If you would prefer a specific gift card, search for that gift card in the Store tab and redeem it there instead of using the wheel. That way, you know exactly what you are getting. Check out our Gift Card Tutorial to learn how to redeem a gift card.

To Spin-the-Wheel;

  • Click the 'Store' tab on the app

  • Click the button saying 'Spin for 750 points.' When the page loads up again, click the 'Spin for 750 points' button again

  • A confirmation prompt will appear. Click the green confirmation button and enjoy your prize.

And that's it! You can now go to Store>My Wallet and click the link icon to access your gift card!

Once you spin, the reward is final — we aren’t able to swap prizes or refund points. This feature is randomized.
