Where’s My Training or Onboarding Completion Bonus?

Completed your annual or onboarding training? Great! Here's how to get your reward:

1. Your agency will confirm your training or onboarding completion.

2. Once confirmed, your agency will spot reward your bonus points through Zingage, and it will appear in your Zingage Points History (Goals>Points History) or Bounties section to claim.

3. If a gift card was promised:

   • Just to confirm, you will receive points, not a gift card. You can use these points to redeem a gift card of your choice.

Still don’t see it?

Contact your agency to confirm that the reward was sent, and if it has, kindly let us know by filling out this form, and we'll look into it. To confirm, we don't send the rewards; your agency does that. We can just check to see if the reward was sent to you.

Why Onboarding Matters

Zingage can only award visit points and goal points after onboarding is fully completed. Until onboarding is marked completed, your account will remain inaccessible to you.

If onboarding is completed and you're expecting points for shifts earlier than the onboarding date, please keep in mind that points cannot be issued retroactively.

If Your Agency Promised Points

Zingage cannot issue points based on verbal or written promises made by an agency. The agency would need to fulfill this, and you should contact your agency directly for more assistance.
