How are Zingage Notifications Delivered to Users?

The types of notifications on Zingage are:

  • Onboarding Reminders

  • Birthday Spot Rewards

  • Anniversary Spot Rewards

  • Spot Rewards

  • Surveys

  • Announcements

  • Survey Completion Reminders

For onboarding reminders and survey reminders, the notification is delivered to users through both channels:

  • Text message (SMS)

  • Email

For the other types of notifications, the outreach will only go out the way it was set up to when the workflow was being created. For example in this section when building a survey, you can select how to notify the recipients and this is how the notification will go out to them:

By default, it is set to go out to user by email and in the app. This helps ensure that your employees receive the reminder notification regardless of their preferred communication channel, increasing the likelihood that they will see and respond to important messages about signing up for Zingage or other platform activities.
